Description
OWL is a digital video otoscope for professional ear examination and microsuction. It shows a real-time, 720p view of the ear canal on a compatible screen. Its open speculum gives clinicians access for a suction tube or suitable instruments while they continue to view the ear canal.

Otoscopy and microsuction in one device
OWL lets the clinician view the ear canal while carrying out microsuction or using suitable instrumentation. The open speculum provides working access without continually changing between viewing and treatment equipment. Live imaging can also help explain findings to patients.

Warranty and Returns
Please note: The OWL Otoscope is professional medical equipment. Once the product has been opened and used, it cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind where the applicable health protection or hygiene exemption applies.
If the device develops a fault, please contact Charles Medical before returning it. The product may need to be inspected and tested to establish the cause of the reported fault.

Manufacturing fault: Where inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, the device will be repaired, replaced or otherwise dealt with in accordance with the applicable warranty and your statutory rights.

User damage or misuse: Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect operation, unauthorised modification, inappropriate cleaning or maintenance, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Change of mind: An opened and used device cannot be accepted as a change-of-mind return where the applicable health protection or hygiene exemption applies.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
